Evangelism Task Group
Once upon a time there was a man called Jesus. His parting words to his followers were “Go and make disciples”.
2000 years and a Decade of Evangelism later, some folk in the Diocese of Newcastle
wanted to increase the number
of disciples in the churches.
wanted to increase the number
of disciples in the churches.
An Adviser in Local Evangelism was appointed and a small group of people was commissioned to produce a cunning plan – a plan to put evangelism at the heart of the life of the Diocese.
These pages detail something of the way in which the task group is responding to this challenge. They also explain their plans, current projects, plus a mention of a few of their stories and experiences.
If you require further information then please follow the links at the top of this page or contact Revd Dr Peter Robinson or any one of the Group Members
