MinisterialInitial Ministry Education - years 4-7
In the first three years of ministry, clergy (and Readers) are involved in a programme intended to help them to grow and develop their gifts by building on the work done in their training at theological college or course.
Rick Simpson has recently been appointed Diocesan Director of Initial Ministerial Education 4-7 and is also responsible for Reader training after licensing. Rick holds the same post (IME 4-7) in Durham Diocese where he is also priest in charge of St Brandon Brancepeth.
