Cursillo in Newcastle Diocese

Newcastle Anglican Cursillo

Christ is counting on YOU!

Cursillo is a movement of the Anglican Church providing a method by which Christians are empowered to grow through Prayer, Study and Action and enabled to share God’s love with everyone.

“The Cursillo experience can have a positive effect on those who take part. It can deepen spirituality and commitment. I commend the regular prayer and fellowship meetings that follow a Weekend and hope that many will seize the opportunity to deepen their walk with Christ.” Bishop Martin Wharton.

If you would like to take part in a weekend, or would like more information please speak to someone who has been on a Cursillo weekend or contact Janet Proud (Leader of the Steering Group for Newcastle Cursillo), Cartref, Marchburn Lane, Riding Mill, Northumberland NE44 6DN, 01434 682393, jmproud@btinternet.com.

Regular Cursillo updates can be seen in The Link & the e-Bulletin for Newcastle Diocese.
