The Diocesan Youth Team enables and supports each church in the diocese in initiating and developing a realistic and appropriate ministry to and with young people.

We encourage PCCs and DCCs to listen to young people and take practical steps to address their needs.

While we assist churches in welcoming and nurturing we have no magic solution or blueprint but believe that young people have much to teach us and that relationship building is a fantastic experience.

We are always ready to listen, to share insights, and to suggest resources.
