Generous Giving Officer
Part-time (22.5 hours), permanent contract
£16,178 per annum (£26,963 pa FTE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new Generous Giving team to promote and support our Generous Giving Programme.
Reporting to the Generous Giving Adviser, the successful applicant will work alongside clergy, lay leaders, volunteers and colleagues, to support cultural change as we seek to align our approach to generous giving with other initiatives that underpin our vision growing church bringing hope.
Undertaking research, data gathering, analysis and reporting, are all key components of this role. These activities are combined with the opportunity to work across parishes and deaneries to support parishes and help develop and deliver new and innovative solutions to encourage and promote generous giving.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of gathering and analysing data to identify trends and anomalies and have experience of using management information to help make change happen. Good social media and IT skills combined with an ability to work with and influence others are important. Applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to relate to and value all people and traditions within the Church of England.

This post is offered on a permanent, part-time-time basis working 3 days per week. The post will require some evening and weekend working.
