    Worship Leader (Resource Church)

    Part-time (18.75 hours), permanent contract

    £13,218 per annum

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Worship Leader to join our Resource Church team.

    The development of our Resource Church will play an important part in the delivery of our Diocesan Mission and Discipleship plan; in the short term helping us to grow a sustainable congregation quickly and in the longer term playing a key role in planting new churches and congregations.

    The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading the music and worship life of the Resource Church. The successful candidate will lead sung worship, write and produce songs and materials and build and equip production teams to help ensure the smooth running of services and events. They will also play a key role in encouraging and developing others in worship leading.

    Applicants should be musically able and gifted with a proven track record of leading contemporary worship. An ability to write contemporary songs for use in church is important. Experience of working with volunteers in key as is the ability to lead and develop leadership in others.

    A passion for Jesus and his church combined with an ability to live by and encourage the vision and values of the Resource Church is important.
