St Mary’s is open each day for all to offer prayers and  light a candle. 

St Mary's is in the heart of the village of Belford.  We welcome visitors to our church throughout the year, and are always happy to see new faces in our congregation.  We celebrate Communion at 9am every Sunday, except  for  fifth Sundays of the month when we hold a benefice service in different churches, Please check the service details below for more information 

Holy Communion takes place on  Wednesday at  1030 am,    Zoom Evening Prayer takes place every Wednesday at 7pm. The parish of Belford: St Mary is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Newcastle’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
