On Saturday 27 September, the local community gathered together at Duke’s Secondary School to welcome and celebrate two new ministries within the Diocese - the Revd Allison Harding as Pioneer Minister, and Jon Wright as Youth and Children’s Enabler with Beyond Youth.
Following the launch of Beyond Youth in 2023, last year the team introduced Be Real, where young people have the opportunity to explore faith together.
Last night, many people gathered together at Duke’s Secondary School in Ashington for an evening of celebration and reflection as Beyond Youth marked their first anniversary.
The ministry of an exciting new youth project in Newcastle Diocese has been commissioned by Bishop Helen-Ann.
